Working hours

We are located in Poland (we have Central European Time - or CET), so bear this in mind when you are located in other time zones. We do not have any office staff and our working hours are not defined very precisely. For this reason we recommend using e-mail rather than phone, which is set to fax mode most of the time. On Saturdays, Sundays and Christian holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter, All Saints Day) we are closed. But even on holidays we usually check the mailbox, so if you send us an e-mail, there is a chance you get an answer.
