Pricelist and basic info about advertising on www.eng.hifi.pl

Our website employs a banner rotation system. Advertising banners are rotated on almost all pages of www.eng.hifi.pl. The number of banners in the rotation system is limited. Maximum of 10 banners of 450x120px size and 10 banners of 450x200px size can be run simultaniously - that is 20 banners in total. Before you make plans concerning advertising on eng.hifi.pl, please contact us to check the availability of advertising spaces.

Technical specs

There are two banner sizes available on eng.hifi.pl

• 450x120 px, displayed in the top section of each page. SWF, GIF, JPG, PNG formats are allowed, maximum size is 35kB.
• 450x200 px, displayed in the bottom section of each page. SWF, GIF, JPG, PNG formats are allowed, maximum size is 45kB.

Flash files must contain the link to target destination where user is taken after clicking on the banner area. Only one clicking action is allowed for each banner. No streaming from external servers is allowed for flash banners.

Pricelist

Our English site has just been recently started and we do not intend to publish an official pricelist during the first few month. There are a couple of rules concerning our prices. The first important rule is that prices are the same for both banner sizes. The second is that banner advertisments can be ordered and are charged per week. The official beginning of every ad run is on Monday. At present we offer very low introductory prices, which are certainly within reach of small companies. So you have an opportunity for a real bargain.

Terms and conditions

Please read the information featured below carefully. We assume that when you place your order for banner advertising, you agree to accept the following conditions:

1. We reserve the right to refuse publication of an advertisment without explanation.
2. We do not publish banners which contain - or point to - pornographic or illegal content.
3. Banners must conform with our technical requirements.
4. All orders must be fully paid before we start to display advertisments on our website.
5. We do not grant any refunds for cancelled orders, neither for the whole orders nor for orders which are in progress.
6. We will refund advertisers money only if we make the decision to refuse banner publication after the payment has reached our banking account.
7. Costs of money transfers are covered by the advertiser.
8. We do not take responsibility for the content of the ads published on our website.

Ordering, payment, invoicing

Please send your orders by e-mail. They should contain the following information:

• full company name and address necessary for invoicing
• name of the person responsible for placing order
• requested banner size
• exact date of the start of your advertising campaign
• the length of advertising campaign (number of weeks)

We will send back information about availability of the requested space. We can also send a pro-forma invoice if necessary, please advise us whenever that is the case. After we confirm the availability of required space please send the money to our banking account. Final invoice will be issued upon arrival of the transfer to our banking account and sent to the advertiser by post. Our invoices are in Polish currency (PLN). If you want to receive a copy by fax as well, let us know it.
